Our Terms & Conditions

1. Services Offered: We offer a range of electrical contracting services, including Tenant Improvement, Custom Houses, Service Change, House Remediation, Small Repairs, Electrical Troubleshooting, among others.

2. Service Inquiry and Estimation: Upon receiving inquiries, we provide personalized responses and arrange on-site visits to accurately assess the scope of work and provide detailed estimates. Once the estimate is approved, we coordinate scheduling to ensure work is carried out at a convenient time for the client.

3. Payment: Payment terms vary depending on the project size. Small jobs are generally paid upon completion. For medium and large projects, an advance may be requested to cover materials and labor costs.

4. Cancellation: Service cancellations are rare and typically occur only under special circumstances which will be talked personally.

5. Data Privacy: Contact information, including full name, email, and telephone number, is collected solely for communication purposes and will not be used for any other purpose.

6. Guarantee: We offer a guarantee for our work, as long as no modifications or interventions have been made by the client or third parties.

7. Change Orders: For any additional work not covered by the initial proposal, a change order will be created. Client or contractor approval is required before such work is initiated.

8. Delays and Interruptions: Delays or interruptions are coordinated with the client or contractor, depending on the reason, to minimize any inconvenience.

9. Limitations and Disclaimers: Our work is subject to limitations set by our license (245,000). Disclaimers may apply based on the nature of any inconvenience, as outlined in the contract.

10. Communication: Direct communication is maintained with the general contractor or client throughout the project.

11. Conflict Resolution: Any disputes or conflicts are addressed directly, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

12. Compliance with Standards: All work is carried out following the guidelines of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

13. Communication Updates: Updates or changes to terms and conditions are communicated via email.
